I’m Eric, the owner of Arrowhead Exterior Services. I started this business three years ago with a simple goal: help homeowners around Lansing revitalize the look of their homes and boost their curb appeal.
Most houses in mid-Michigan take a beating from the seasons. Siding picks up dirt and mildew, gutters fill with leaves, and concrete and brick lose their color under years of buildup. I clean all of it, and when the holidays come around, my team and I hang Christmas lights across Greater Lansing.

Not right now. Every install is a seasonal setup that comes down after the holidays.

What is soft washing, and why does it matter?
Soft washing uses a cleaning solution at low pressure to break down mold and algae and lift it off the surface, instead of relying on force. It cleans growth at the source, so it stays clean far longer, and it is safe for delicate surfaces like roofs, siding, and screens.
Is it safe for my plants, pets, and family?
Yes. Every job starts and ends with a plant rinse, solutions are applied at safe dilutions and rinsed thoroughly, and treated surfaces are fine for pets and family once dry, usually within an hour or so.
